This 10-day reset is designed to help your body recalibrate in a supportive and realistic way, using the principles of Dr. Mark Hyman’s 10-Day Sugar Detox.
This is not a juice cleanse, detox drink, or extreme plan.
We eat real, nourishing food, feel satisfied, and focus on reducing sugar and ultra-processed foods so the body can reset naturally.
This experience is about awareness, balance, and support — not perfection.

Each reset follows a clear 10-day structure, adapted to real life.
I guide you step by step so you feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process. You’re never left guessing what to eat or how to navigate challenges that come up along the way.
• An in-person kickoff gathering We review the reset, walk through what to expect, answer questions, and set you up for success before starting.
• Simple handouts and easy, practical recipes Clear guidance so meals feel manageable and realistic.
• Daily support through a private WhatsApp group Encouragement, reminders, tips, and accountability during the 10 days.
• A group Zoom check-in midway through the reset A chance to reconnect, troubleshoot, and stay motivated.
• One private one-on-one Zoom session after the reset (45 minutes) This session helps you transition out of the reset and decide next steps that feel sustainable for your lifestyle.
